About the program:

 

Nature Reconnect is 6-week private coaching program, both in-person and virtual. This program will both reconnect you to nature and your flow in day to day life, while dissolving your stress.

 

You will learn simple yet effective Nature connection practices. These practices will lower stress levels in your body by inducing a relaxation response and eliciting spontaneous joy. These practices are practical and you can carry them with you anywhere you go.

 

Together we will feel strong like warrior goddesses, while also training and caring for the neural system. This will lower your stress two-fold.

Nature Reconnect’s thoughtful approach allows you to reach a flow state and have the tools for autonomy. You will walk away from this program with the ability to integrate these practices into your everyday life.

This program is for women in overwhelm who want to live consistently with lower stress levels.

The intention is to simplify your self-care with highly effective practices which lower stress and help you get physically strong.

Your challenge is to help you by showing up for yourself consistently over the next 6 weeks. I will guide you and support you along the way.

About Alicia:

“I began my undergraduate career as a psychology major and quickly changed to a human performance major upon taking my first anatomy and physiology class. The human body blew my mind with its complexity and how well everything works together when taken care of. I began personal training in 2001 and teaching yoga in 2004.

I have always been hungry to learn about human body. It's magical ability to change and grow induces a passion in me that can not be dimmed. The more I coached my clients and witnessed them change the more I wanted to expose myself to as many modalities as possible so that each client could be met with the most aligned movement practice for their body and preferences.

Beyond the physical aspect of coaching it has been evident from the start of my career that the mind and body can not be separated. It is this connection that has required that my coaching practice include breathwork, impeccable cueing, embodiment practice, somatic inquiry, and mindset development.”

 

FAQ:

Q: What if I can’t make it to class? 

A: All Nature Reconnect Classes will be recorded and shared with participants. You will also have access to our digital library and can find many incredible movement practices to compliment your program.

Q: What if I have never used a steel mace?

A: Anyone can step into this practice with no mace experience. You will be coached through the steel mace mechanics and proper technique and form. Impeccable technique is valued more than repetitious movement. 

Q: What if I don’t have access to natural spaces for the nature connection practices? 

A: I have lots of suggestions for this and we will discuss this as a group at our opening mini retreat. 

Q:What if I can’t make the class times? 

A: You have two options to make it work.

1. You can attend any class virtually at the same time.

2. Recordings of group classes will be shared to our online library and can be revisited in the future. 

Q: What kind of shifts can I expect to see if I stick to the program? 

A: Your stress levels will lower. You will have a stronger muscular and cardiovascular system. You will feel more connected to yourself and the natural world. You will stand taller. You will learn how to metabolize your stress, sooth your neural system and learn to step into flow on and off the mat.
