Q: When does it start?
A: You’ll get instant access to the Embodying Flow Course once you either Pay in Full, or do your first of 3 Monthly payments.
Q: What results can I expect from this program?
A: Summer has crafted Embodying Flow to help you train the felt sense through Steel Mace Vinyasa. Expect to get organized & disciplined with your training. We recommend you train 3-4X a week for best results, and you are welcome to train even more if you’d like. Every week is different, and when life comes up you can adapt your training for that week.
Q: What if I can’t come to the Live Lectures with Summer?
A: This course is a Done for You course, that teaches you how to implement. No need to be present at any lectures to be successful. All participants can access the recordings 24-48 hours following the group coaching presentation and you’ll get an orientation video too, explaining exactly how to get started, set up your space and get results.

Q: How long are the Private Sessions with Summer & What is included?
A: Private 1:1 Sessions are a full hour , and you will get the recording for private sessions via zoom. You will also get up to 12 videos of your biomechanics audits, via loom - a highly effective way to identify power leakages and correct your form. This asynchronistic style of coaching will get you results fast!
Q: What are the weekly movement labs like?
A: Our coaches lead 75 minute movement labs every single week to help you optimize your form & mechanics with the steel mace, and train in community. We highly recommend you come live if you can, or watch the recordings online.
Q: What equipment is needed to do this program?
A: We recommend you purchase a 5- 7lb Steel Mace once you enroll in the program (and you can use weights until it arrives!), a journal and optional Whoop HRV Tracker (www.whoop.com) to get biometric feedback of how recovered your nervous system is.
