WHAT: Saturday/Sunday 9:00-5:00pm

Summer & Mark lead a jampacked strength & mobility seminar, with 15+ years of experience in clubs swinging. Mark will be coaching & refining Club inside circles, outside circles, mills, 360s, pendulums, gamma casts and heavy club swinging tactics. Summer will compliment each Club Module with a Steel Mace Vinyasa module that focuses on range, dynamic mobility and footwork. Expect to learn new skills quickly. Expect to gain new skills, and a solid perspective on how to maximize use of these tools.

This is Not a Certification Course, but an immersive workshop for skill development.

Recommended Prep: 10-15lb+ Club for women, 15-20lb Club for men and 7lb & 10lb Steel Mace for both.
